(Galeão or GIG and Santos Dumont or SDU):

Take the "REAL"bus, you will have to get down of the bus at the BOTAFOGO PRAIA SHOPPING(Map nº1 shows the way from the shopping to the hostel), you will have to walk 200 meters in the same directions of the cars, and once you cross the intersiction turn right on the next corner(as shown on the 360º picture), almost at the end of the street and after the big tree you`ll find El Misti

From the Bus Station

(or Rodoviaria)

You can take the busses nº 126,127, 128, 132, 136 or any that says Botafogo or Copacabana get down at the BOTAFOGO PRAIA SHOPPING and then walk 200 meters in the same directions of the cars(as showed on the map), after the intersection turn right on the small street(the one on the picture), after the big tree you will find El Misti

Just in case you are getting here from somewhere else here in Rio there´s also the posibility to take the subway, in this case you will gat down at the BOTAFOGO Station and walk headind to the beach, once the street finishes use the map above to se where we are
